Job Description : - TLS Analytics team has grown significantly in the last few years. It provides significant analytical and reporting support to TLS stakeholders in US and 22 international markets. The TLS Analytics team leads analytical endeavors that supports business strategic priorities by leveraging advanced analytics and decision science. It utilizes an array of tools and ever-evolving technology to understand CM spending behavior, Business profitability and removing disruptions to customer experience. These analytics are used for key business decisions made across the customer life cycle to accelerate profitable business growth. The candidate will be part of Specialty Program Analytics Team Intern Program which will run for 2 months. Role Responsibilities : - The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering best in class analytical solutions to ensure the success of Travel Lifestyle servicing model of American Express - Successfully engage in multiple initiatives, lead or support ongoing projects and provide consultative expertise focused on win-win Conceptual thinking skills and ability to identify and implement technical solutions to achieve process automation and improve groups : - Graduate/Post Graduate in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/ Engineering/Management - Extensive experience using MS-Excel MS Access, R for data manipulation, machine learning preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure situations with minimal errors, minimal directions strong attention to Detail.
