Education and Experience Required : - Bachelors degree in a Business, English or a related field preferred; or the equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
-Minimum of 4 years- experience in technical writing, editing, documentation or training required.
-Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
-Expertise in designing, maintaining, and updating technical documents including web, design specifications technical user manuals and white paper required.
-Expert in the user of technical writing tools required. Well versed with Windows OS, MS Office. Prefer experience with AuthorIT, FrameMaker, Visio, FullShot, and RoboHELP.
