Position : : Systems Integration Specialist Location : Bangalore Mode of Employment : Permanent Must Have - Support Specialist-End user support-Desktop support-Citrix, VPN, Antivirus and SCCM Client -Wise Client, Sonic Wall, Cisco, F5 VPN etc Primary Skill: Athena Net Comm Job Description: - Work closely with key stakeholders to manage athenanet Patient Portal / Communicator for all patient engagement configuration including configuring health history forms.
-Monitor and work support and service request tickets including onboarding requests.
-Management of ZocDoc provider enrollment.
-Management of Population Health Campaigns (Athena and Phytel).
-Management of provider enrollment and survey configuration in Press Ganey.
-Strong organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets effectively and simultaneously.
-Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customer to resolve questions and issues.
-Willingness to work shift including US day shift. Skill Required Must Have Skills - - Experience with athenanet Communicator.
-Strong understanding of the clinical workflow.
-Advance knowledge of athenanet to support, troubleshoot and assist users.
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Good to have skills - Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges - Time management skills.
-Experience with Ambulatory applications (Athena).
-Experience with ZocDoc, Phytel and Press Ganey.
-Clinical health experience.
-Certified in athenanet and back end build knowledge of the application.
