Responsibilities Key Result Areas : The job description : Key Responsibilities : - Certified Scrum Master played SM role for multiple Scrum Team and who has experience in C Development.
-Responsible for teams predictability, velocity, Quality and knowledge sharing - Responsible for impediment tracking, reporting and resolution.
-Application development using - C , C 1x, Linux/Unix environment which is mandatory - NoSQL, Oracle DB, Jenkins, GIT - Shall understand high-level design, architecture, able to assess technical risks/issues, prioritize them - Highly proactive to work with global stakeholders to discuss and resolve dependency/risks/issues conflicts - Drive functional product evolution Required Key Skills and Experience : - Minimum 2 year experience playing the Scrum Master role a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles and values, practices - Knowledge of scrum techniques - Agile estimation, burndown, retrospective, handling issues etc - Mandatory certification on Scrum Master - Minimum 8 years- experience in - C - Relational DBs or NO SQL - Hands On coding experience in C development - Good OO skills, including strong design or architecture experience - Able to analyse functional requirement and provide high level software design - Development experience / knowledge in Designing and Architecting large scale enterprise applications - Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI) - Ability to learn and adapt new technology and processes - Desire to coach and mentor other junior members.
