Requirements : - 9-11 years of industry experience with 4 years in software delivery management - Experience with building and delivering enterprise-grade data engineering pipelines/applications for internal or external customers.
-Hands-on experience with big data software tech stack such as Scala/Python on Spark/Hadoop, Kafka and Elastic Search.
-Knowledge of SQL is a plus - Knowledge of Agile principles, with experience in leading scrums, building user stories, writing specifications, and - managing team resources. Solid experience in defining, owning and managing project roadmap - Experience with managing multiple work streams concurrently and managing resources to ensure on-time delivery. Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities and make effective decisions in ambiguous situations.
-Ability to make objective decisions using data points. Strive towards delivering business solutions with consistency and quality. Strong track record of working within a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environments - Excellent client engagement skills is a must. Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening) in managing internal team members and external client people
