Experience - 8-14 Years Location - Mumbai (Thane), Bangalore, Pune Desired Profile: - Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Worked on at least one complete scalable web application.
-Understanding of network identity management systems including SSO, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos - Software Architecture and Design Principles, Patterns, Methodology, Domain Concepts (Architecture and Design Skills) - GOF, Java EE Blueprints, Software Architecture Patterns - Design Principles including SOLID, YAGNI, DRY and others.
-Desire to stay abreast of new development tools and methods - Enjoy challenging and thought-provoking work and have a strong desire to learn and progress (motivated enough to self-learn) - Ability to pick up new technology independently - Should have played an end-to-end Architect for a large Enterprise Web Application including design and architecture - Experience in architecture, design and engineering of mission critical software products - Must have Agile software development experience to include TDD, CI and agile project management tools such as Jira, Version 1, Rally - Experience to Lead Product Development from a technical perspective including Plan and execute Scrum Sprints in co-ordination with product management - Follow and set new best practices, coding standards, policies and procedures for the development group Co-ordinate with Technical Publications and QA to ensure timely release of software Development Environment Below are the main techniques and components that we currently are using.
