As a Technology R&D Associate Principal, you will be responsible execution of a research project including development of proof of concepts, point of views, running client pilot.
-You should demonstrate a strong understanding of software engineering principles, should have hands-on experience in Java, Nodejs or any other modern programming languages.
-You should have a good presentation and communication skills and be enthusiastic in presenting your work to internal and external stakeholders. You should have a track record of writing point of views, thought leadership and research papers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Determine the realization of the key research ideas by proof of concept developments, executing pilots / experiments.
-Generate world class thought leadership through patents, publications in research conferences and other forums.
-Active participation in academic and industry forums. Formulate the messages and materials (e.g., demo) to be used for internal and external marketing.
-Provide timely status and awareness for managers and stakeholders. Manage execution of project PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : - Computer Science and related discipline - Strong research profile in emerging technologies ( ML, AI, NLP etc) - Should have presented white paper, prototyping etc.
-Patents, Conference Papers in Top Conferences, Developed Research Prototypes
