We are selected as one of 50 Future Unicorns by the New York Times and CB Insights. Job brief : Were looking for a Visual Designer to join our India team based in Bangalore. If you are excited about bringing an innovative model to the market and define and localize visual strategy for our mobile/web products and marketing campaigns, this will be perfect for you You must demonstrates a passion for great design and the ability to achieve it at pixel level. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate the rationale behind your work. Responsibilities : - Strategize and design for in-product and external marketing campaigns - Design elegant UIs and graphics for users across platforms: web, iOS, Android and print - Work with other cross-functional partners to define the visual design strategy for the product - Create, manage and evolve design guidelines for the Indian market and asset libraries for reusable design - Self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Required - 2-5 years experience working as a Visual/UI Designer - Solid knowledge of the creative process at high quality, and to specification - Expert understanding of the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, and proportion - Excellent organization skills to structure your documents in a way that can be easily understood and modified by others - Problem solver that requires very little guidance on projects; thrives in a fast-paced environment - Expert knowledge of Adobe CC suite, Sketch, Invision and other industry-standard creative tools Additional Requirements : - Expert knowledge of assets implementation standards on iOS, Android, and Web - Advanced experience with image compositing and retouching with Photoshop - Basic level understanding of HTML CSS - Obsession with understanding user experience and going beyond their expectations Compensation : Competitive with industry standards
