Job Description : - Must have proven experience in PLC logic and programming with any of the following PLCs : Fuji, Allen Bradley, Modicon, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Toshiba, etc - Expert in Integration of PLC/HMI through OPC Software, RS485, Modbus, Ethernet TCP/IP Protocol.
-I/O Wiring, Relay Logics & Control Panel Analytic skills are must.
-HMI or SCADA configuration of any of the following software packages V-sft, Wonderware, Rockwell, Intellution, Ci-Tech, and Siemens etc.
-AutoCAD Drawing & Documentation Skills are required.
-Preparation of bill of materials, wiring schematic capabilities are expected with this Position - Knowledge about Production Industries, Energy Meter & Understanding of IIOT Concept to Support IIOT hardwares are preferred.
-Strong documentation skills.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization. Job Responsibilities : - Understanding factory processes, Maintenance process like breakdowns and their management.
-Integrating Existing, defection Infrastructure to the clouds.
-Understanding, analyzing new processes for factory floor.
