As a Technology Head in the company, you will provide technical leadership across every aspect of our business. We are looking for a leader with deep expertise across the tech stack, proven ability to get things done in a resource constrained environment, and the business acumen required to operate in a high-velocity startup. You must be passionate about making learning more accessible by using technology in new and creative ways; ed-tech experience is desired. Job Responsibilities : You will own the technical architecture, design, development, testing and all other aspects of our cloud-based English language testing and learning products. This includes technical ownership of software architecture, database(s), development frameworks, and platform infrastructure.
-Come with solutions, timeline, risk analysis and plan for movements to on premise and cloud services - Implementing AI/ML and deep learning, speech recognition and natural language processing in our product.
-Identify key design considerations and provide solution architecture for Enterprise integration, Web, Mobile, and backend services - Identified and developed POCs for functional components for team to further facilitate the development process.
-Work with stakeholders Senior Program Managers (SPM), business (HR Managers), Portfolio Delivery Leads (PDLs),Solution Architects (SA), Project Managers (PM), Risk Manager, Test Lead - You will also manage a team (currently 7 people) and scale to build the tech team of the future, aligning with the overall business goals of the company. Key Skills : - Experience: 10 years in Software Engineering, across the tech stack. AI/ML and deep learning, speech recognition and natural language processing are important parts of our solution framework and some exposure to these is a must.
-Experience deploying and monitoring software across different environments using cloud infrastructure and automated tools - Creative thinking and problem solving - Being - hands-on- with source code and tools, performing code reviews, mentoring and training other Team.
-Organized, responsible, and dedicated, able to handle multiple tasks - Exceptional communication and organizational skills, to smoothly interface between multiple stakeholders
