Dont live life without it Function Description : - The CFR team helps drive profitable business growth by reducing the risk of fraud and maintaining our customers confidence in the security of our products. It utilizes an array of tools and ever-evolving technology to detect and combat fraud, minimize the disruption of good spending and provide a world-class customer experience.
-The team leads efforts that leverage data and digital advancements to improve service and risk management as well as enable commerce and drive innovation.
-CFR is responsible for developing and monitoring statistical models for predicting individual and commercial behaviors such as credit risk, fraud risk, spending and revolve.
-These models are used for key business decisions made across the customer life cycle to manage risk and accelerate profitable business growth. Underpinning our growth as a company are the tools and capabilities that ensure we prudently take and manage risk in a viable way. Purpose of the Role : - Understand scope of sandbox data with the help of Bureau - Generate insight out of various products available at Sandbox and share it with leadership on timely basis - Analyse or solve any relevant or required problem in hand using sandbox data - Partner with Bureau and risk teams while exploring : - Lead any sandbox related data driven research - Partner with Bureau and Communicate timely updates regarding sandbox - Collaborate with risk partners to seek experimenting use cases for sandbox - Draw insights out of sandbox data to enable external perspective in Risk strategies Critical Factors to Success : - Rich collaboration with Bureau as well as risk partners - Subject Matter Expertise of Sandbox - Quick enablement of external perspective to credit or fraud risk : Past Experience : - 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis role - Good hands-on on Python Hive - Understanding on US credit Bureaus is a plus - Experience of collaborating with various partners at work Academic Background : Should be graduated/post graduated from below college - Skills/Capabilities : Credit Bureau expertise is a plus Technical Skills/Capabilities : Python Hive Knowledge of Platforms : - Big data Platform - Cornerstone (if internal candidate) Behavioral Skills/Capabilities : - Put enterprise thinking first, connect the roles agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues shareholders.
