Description : We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users.
-Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
-You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application.
-Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well. Job Purpose And Scope : - Write clean, maintainable and efficient code.
-Design robust, scalable and secure features.
-Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
-Experience in Payment gateway integration in mobile apps is a big plus.
-Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards) - Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design. Experience : - Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer - Proven work experience in software development - Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JQuery - Experience developing highly interactive applications - A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design - Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code - Good knowledge of relational databases - Working knowledge of No SQL databases Education : BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in related field
