WE ARE HIRING FOR "PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER " CHembur Location Job Profile : Product Implementation Manager Experience Level : 5-10 Years CTC : 15-20 LPA Location : Mumbai - Chembur (Corporate Office) About the position : We are seeking an experienced professional who can be a part of our product implementation team and lead product rollout, analytics and adoption for our receivables exchange line of products. Job Description : - You will advocate for CredAbles cloud solutions to new and existing companies and clients and lead product implementations across India.
-Drive the overall product implementation effort at the clients site including product solutions, customization, project management and client management.
-Capture, prepare, analyze and monitor important product metrics.
-Build strong communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications. Setup and manage quantitative reports on product performance.
-Be obsessed with giving an amazing customer experience.
-Analyze customers- needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to product development team.
-Provide technical support for customers during both pre and post sales cycles.
-Train customers/partners to use products effectively.
-Participate in the sales activities to win new business. Mandatory Skills : - Strong project management and team management skills.
-Previous experience in Technical Account Management, Product implementation or Product Development roles.
-Exposure to ERP software and integration options.
-Solid understanding of technology market and new technologies in the Web and Mobile tech stack.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Process orientation.
-An understanding of or passion for Fintech/Logistics space. Optional Skills : - SAP, Oracle ERP, JDE integration experience will be a huge plus.
-SQL knowledge. Education : Bachelors in Computer Science
