Understand business initiatives including technical and non-technical requirements - Design and implement scalable ETL - talend solutions - Translate complex concepts in ways that can be understood by non-technical audiences - Design highly automated data management and reporting processes to create scalable business solutions - Create database architecture and design that enables highly efficient downstream reporting and self-service analytics - Leverage domain expertise to build highly relevant, complex, flexible, intuitive and user friendly technology solutions - Understand downstream analytics needs and requirements while creating the ETL / database processes - Design input and output validation reports and mechanisms that can be used to easily track and identify data issues and trends - Leverage cloud-based technologies appropriately when developing the ETL/database solutions - Create technical specification, Code/Application documentation and process - Engage with the team members to build solutions that meet business initiatives - Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Conduct code review to ensure delivery of high quality standards Education : Btech/Mtech, MS Computer Sciences Requirement : - 5- 8 years of overall experience with 4 years of hands-on experience ETL - talend development and leading ETL tools (Stich, Talend, SSIS) - Good Experience working with different databases like MS SQL Server/My SQL - Good experience in writing UNIX shell scripts and automation using Python - AWS / Azure and Airflow experience a plus - Hadoop, Big Data experience a plus - Good experience working with structured and unstructured data - Pharma data and domain knowledge a plus - Data analytics experience a plus - Understanding of full project life cycle; analysis, design, development, test, release and support procedures.
