RESPONSIBILITIES : Overview : We are currently hiring for a full-time Motion Graphics/Video Production Artist to join our Marketing Team, who can deliver projects to a high standard while demonstrating creativity, quality, and consistency.
-Conceptualizing unique concepts and ideas for video series, branded content, documentaries, pitches, and campaigns to drive Video content production - Create and execute compelling video elements on YouTube that can be used across multiple digital platforms that support organizational goals (i.e. brand awareness, fan engagement, revenue) - Maintain brand consistency and pitch story ideas, storytelling trends with creative execution styles for new digital video concepts and shoots What we expect : - Collaborate with other the Digital and Social team members on developing concepts and content for the channel. Ability to work across multiple teams including Production, Programming, Strategy, Brand Editors, etc - End to end video production - including but not limited to style frames, design boards, developing concepts, storyboards, and infographics/data visualization design boards - Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, schedule shoots, set deadlines and work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables - Develops effective production models from previous experience, current market trends, and competitor intelligence; establishes cost-effective, creative, and innovative video production - Proven expertise in visualization, understanding composition, knowing perspective, knowing the principles of motion and exaggeration, understanding of sync and time, a good grasp of color theory - Ability to manage the entire workflow of video and media projects in production and post-production phases through to execution, maintaining a calendar of projects and deadlines from start to finish. REQUIREMENTS : Technical Qualifications : - Video includes familiarity with professional cameras (Sony PMW-F3 or similar), prosumer camcorders (Sony NXCAM HXR- NX3 or similar), various HD and SD formats, pre-production/planning, studio and field production, scriptwriting, storyboarding and photography.
-Knowledge of technical video equipment including switchers, audio boards, routers, GFX creation, cameras, lighting, microphones and other relevant production equipment Audio includes small format mixers, compression, EQ, effects processors, audio recording techniques for studio and field, multi-track and waveform editing.
-Post-production entails digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms.
-Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop. 3D animation is an advantage.
-Advanced understanding of the YouTube algorithm and expertise of YouTube Analytics Education Qualification : - BA in Communications, Film/Media, Digital Media or related field of study 3 years of related work experience in TV /digital/post production.
-1 years of editing experience with applications such as Avid, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe - Experience in field-production, managing a video/film shoot, and producing/directing on-air talent
