Punchh Tech India Pvt. Ltd (Fully Owned Subsidiary of Punchh Inc. USA) is looking for Project Manager - for its mobile web software. A suitable candidate should be hands-on with flow diagrams. The ideal candidate is one who can participate in keeping a lot of tasks on the radar for monitoring. Can participate in PM meetings, understand project plans and related attributes and easy to get along with people in different teams. SKILLS: - Good verbal and written communication.

-Project Management Tools: Clarity, JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence - MS Tools: MS Visio, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Project - PM /Scrum Master Skills : SCRUM Teaching, SCRUM Delivery, Change Management, Story Breakdown, Story Point estimation, Stackholder Management, Risk Management, Influencing skills Negotiation skills RESPONSIBILITIES : - Organizing the scrum teams, defining goals and sprint capacity.
-Managed product backlog, burn-down metrics and velocity using JIRA.
-Facilitate Release planning sessions with the teams stakeholders.
-Facilitate Scrum ceremonies as daily standup, retrospectives, sprint planning sessions to track sprint progress and address issues for resolution.
-Facilitate Backlog grooming session with product owner to ensure continuous delivery of features.
-Protect development team from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline.
-Interacting with leadership team on various forums to discuss status of the projects, submit reports.
-Addressing issues, flag risks and jointly determine mitigation approaches.
-Experience in implementing complex applications with multiple work-streams across geographically distributed teams (Onshore/Offshore model).
-Ensured required compliance documents are maintained as per the project phase and end to end financials of the project in Clarity.
