-Develop necessary monitoring tools with necessary help of development team.
-Pro active monitoring of deployed services.
-Automation of deployment and monitoring.
-Automate recovery of deployment.
-Automate log collections, rotations, backup and restore path.
-Understand customer setup and help customers for deployment, where ever necessary.
-Suggest best possible configurations, as per customers deployment environment.
-Resolve customers setup configuration issues.
-Customers first point of contact for any deployment issues.
-Understand deployment environments and bring back knowledge to development team. Knowledge and Skills : - Bachelors Degree or equivalent in computer science.
-Approximately 3-7 years of directly related work experience.
-Strong knowledge of Linux environment. Proficient in : - Scripting language - Shell, Python - Cluster management tools - Puppet/Chef/Anisble - Cloud solutions - AWS, Google compute.
-Technical Communications.
-Working knowledge - NoSQL databases.
-Distributed environments.
-Networking. Familiar with : - Version control tools - Git/SVN - Software development life cycle
