Responsibilities : - Lead the design team.
-Conceptualising and executing strategic digital and social media campaigns.
-Development and implementation of the brand design strategy, design concepts that meet the brand objectives.
-Sharing disruptive ideas/ innovations related to the industry - Keep up to date with changes and developments in the industry.
-Present concepts and recommendations to larger marketing team. Requirements : - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design / Advertising / Art or equivalent.
-Creativity skills: First and foremost must be good at creating concepts for others to work on. Must have a keen awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design.
-Communication and presentation skills: Need excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills in order to pitch ideas to internal stakeholders and also explain the ideas to members of their creative team.
-Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Need a clear creative vision while remaining open to others? ideas.
-Leadership skills: Need leadership skills in order to hire, develop and oversee the creative team.
-Digital and graphic design skills: Proficient knowledge of graphic design and relevant software is vital. Familiarity with digital design techniques is very useful.
-Knowledge of HTML, video and 3D necessary.
-Solid understanding of UI/UX design.
-In depth hands on knowledge of design softwares, i.E. CS Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
-Be a true visionary having a narrative, and tell the story of work and be able to adapt that into designs being produced.
-Have a strong design portfolio of work demonstrating different designs, especially for digital medium
