Description : - Delivery Leader is the steward of delivery and growth for portfolio of client accounts. He/she will take responsibility for the delivery strategy and execution to meet/beat on the value proposition to our clients, helping to build and extend client relationships.
-Will proactively support sales through solutioning support, lead the execution of the solution plan and delivery excellence programs.
-Should have extensive experience delivering programs on Microsoft technologies (.NET, Dynamics, Sharepoint etc).
-A domain knowledge of FS-Insurance would be essential.
-He/She should possess 18 years of overall IT experience with minimum of 10 years of delivery management .
-He/She will have overall accountability for delivery (within planned budgets, at the right quality, in the right time frames) and commercial expectations of offerings.
-Drive Performance and Delivery Excellence - Leads/ manages delivery to multiple clients in line with expectations on cost, schedule, and quality.
-Designs continuous improvement approach employing automation and profitability levers to achieve expectations on delivery efficiency and effectiveness balancing cost, schedule and quality Deliver Growth and Innovation : - Accountable for driving growth through proactive sales support - Plans/ executes sales strategy for the portfolio, through Business Advisory relationship with client and counterparts, supporting incremental sales through cross selling opportunities.
-Leverages specific expertise in solutions, value proposition creation, and leveraging strategic assets and offerings to ensure deliverability - Actively identifies areas to bring innovation for our clients, and drives execution of the same.
-Team Management and Capability Development - Manages large teams with conviction and authenticity - Drives capability development through championing best in class programs.

Required Skills : English
