Position : Proj/Tech Lead - NLP/Conversational Analytics Location : Chennai Primary Skills - Syntactic / Semantic Text Analytics - Python Secondary Skills : R Behavioural Skills : - Communication skills - Client management experience - Maturity - Team leading / mentoring Education : Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or related areas. Experience - 5 to 7 years - At least 5 years of relevant experience. 4 years- relevant experience for candidates having bachelors (from tier 1 university / college) in Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Operational Research and data science related fields or masters (from tier 1 / 2 university / college) in same field. Job Description : - Handling business problems and come with attractive solutions and be a team player - Extensively working into information extraction in NLP - Working into open source data science technologies - Secondary research to find apt and latest methodology required to solve the current business problem.
-Experience with general NLP tasks and techniques, such as parsing, text pre-processing, NER, entity linking, relation extraction, etc.
-Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc. Syntactic / Semantic is required.
-Build POCs for data projects to navigate decisions for product enhancements - Build real-time models leveraging NLP for targeted computations - Establish machine learning techniques for path to automating manual workflows - Work closely with data engineers and product teams to solve real world problems - Hands-on implementation of common data processing techniques (cleaning, normalization, regression, classification, clustering)
