APPLICATION ARCHITECT 1. Introduction : Latitude Fintech is working towards creating exciting Fintech products and platforms for banks to help them to disrupt rather than getting disrupted by upcoming Fintech competitors. As an integration analyst, you will have the opportunity to part of a team which will design the entire integration landscape to be used by banks and help in building a technology roadmap for our organization. You will get the opportunity to work with the most up-to-date enterprise application integration technologies and work with teams around the world to deliver state of the art products to our members. Who were looking for : We are looking for an Application Architect, who can play key role in building and developing Latitude Fintechs future products and platforms. This includes providing technical consulting to product managers and leads on architectural issues. You- ll be used to working in a challenging environment and can react with pace to changing demands. As a minimum requirement youll : You will have the following Domain Knowledge and Experience. Prior experience : - 8-10 years of overall experience Application Architecture preferably in the banking domain - Good knowledge in Computer Science and Information Technology (frameworks, programming languages, technology trends) Expertise : - Experience in modern application architecture (patterns, SOA, architecture methods and principles, conceptual work).
-Experience in product development, systems design/deployment.
-Experience in Security controls and Cloud hosting - Strategic ability to relate the product to the business needs and business vision/strategy - Experience in Data design and Analytics - Structured, innovative and goal-oriented personality with very good analytical and conceptual skills - Good communication and presentation skills - Determination (negotiation skills, assertive, proactive) - Strong team and customer orientation Development Process Tools : - Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in working within SCRUM development teams - Good documentation skills 3. What youll be doing : Youll be a recognized expert and task leader who is responsible for the architecture and development of the product landscape. Key Accountabilities will include : - Provide technical consulting to Product Management on architectural issues.
-Mentor and guide the team(hands-on) to develop components and products - Strategic development of domain(s) according to business requirements and developing the architecture for the product landscape - Review solution blueprints and design documents from an architectural perspective - Ensure compliance with domain models - Provide guidance on implementing security best practices - Provide guidance to implementation team on deployment architectures
