Objectives of Role : - Individual will be responsible to ensure all deliverables for the team are completed with specified quality standards and deployed within timelines - With your exceptional technical skills, you can configure, operate, administer and develop both simple and complex email campaigns - Individual will be responsible to assist users with Campaign build queries on the tool - Work with the Onshore and Client team to optimize data model - Will be responsible for the Quality of the overall Campaign build - Individual is needed to complete tasks (Manage technical workflows, offer engine, integration, build complex campaigns) on time and error-free.
-Ensure progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon.
-Follow transactions/issues tracking mechanism and capture all the details required on the tracking tool Responsibilities / Accountabilities : - Understand the Adobe implementation and underlying data model - 3-4years of experience in Email/Campaign Management experience in ADOBE required.
-Help in setting up the data model and integration in Adobe Campaign during set up phase - Architect and design technical solutions as well as integrate and configure complex technology to drive multi- touch/multi-channel marketing, defined by the buyers journey, using a global/regional demand center model - Impeccable time management and communication skills - Project and Client (Brand team) management experience is a must.
-Front-end web app development., Client side and Server side JavaScript, CSS, and Responsive design, good understanding of SQL preferred - Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and requirements; ability to proactively engage customer in the course of project management - Working alongside junior team members to aid internal growth and improve Adobe Campaign abilities - Solves issues from more junior members in the team using all functions of Adobe Campaign to set up, maintain and run multi-channel (email, SMS, In-app message, Direct Mail) campaigns in Adobe Campaign.
-Escalates technical issues to Client IT and also directly to Adobe support, and owns them to resolution.
-Supports UAT of new functions and raises IT Change Request requirements in consultation with global team into Client IT - Knowledge/working experience on MARKETO will be an added advantage - Use Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo/ADOBE) to create, deploy and monitor critical and complex Marketo programs, such as engagement programs, trigger campaigns, email campaigns, webinar and event programs.
-Individual is comfortable with landing page and form layout. Should be able to create responsive, email templates and landing pages to help support some of the marketing initiatives Requirements : - Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, management information systems, or related discipline, MBA is preferred - Should be a certified Adobe Campaign Business Practioner, Adobe Campaign Business Developer/Architect certification is preferred - Adobe Campaign (Neolane) or Adobe Campaign Standard preferred. Equivalent experience in Marketo, Eloqua, Unica, Exact Target or similar marketing automation platform may qualify - Scripting/Programming (JavaScript or other), SQL preferred - Good understanding on how Database works which can be leveraged for Email Marketing Programmes is a must.
-Experience in managing data integration and data model with Adobe Campaign - Intimate knowledge of Email Marketing Best Practices and trends.
-Minimum 5 years of Email Marketing Experience.
-Minimum 5 years of experience of working on MOS products: particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel Outlook.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent customer service skills and experience in customer facing role.
-Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and able to multi-task.
-Deep functional skills in all parts of Adobe Campaign.
-Full understanding of all configuration options in Adobe Campaign. Should have : - Adobe Campaign developer certification - Experience building complex workflows in Adobe Campaign, includes new campaigns from nothing and also adapting complex existing templates.
-Understanding of the data flows in Adobe Campaign, both automated and external data set imports.
-Understanding of folder structure and the Adobe Campaign tree - Manage campaign typologies - Understanding of best practices using templates and personalisation blocks to minimize campaign set up time - Create and publish
