-Youll have excellent relationship building, leadership, project and team management skills and the ability to deliver business results with quality.
-You will bring a breadth of experience that will make you a valuable contributing member of the project team and not just a task driver and status provider. Requirements : - The ability to speak cogently, possess strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-collaborative teams.
-Must have experience in software engineering to have credibility with this team and have deep experience running Agile teams. Scrum Master preferred and JIRA expertise is preferable. Responsibilities : - Lead and contribute to the engineering efforts through planning, prioritizing, and day-to-day project management of the Square Panda India office.
-Ability to instill the Square Panda culture in a growing India office, while adhering to Square Pandas agile methodologies and overall delivery schedule.
-Ability to manage upward management as well as peers, cross-functional teams Required Qualifications : - Proven experience as a project manager - Excellent English Communication Skills - Organization skills and people skills to drive the India office to success - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities that keep teams executing and working well together - Technical familiarity with software development, game development a plus - Ability to balance multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with critical deadlines to meet.
-JIRA expertise a big plus - Strong communication skills and proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
-Able to travel to US and China.
-Experience in hardware management a plus, not a necessity - Previous Startup Experience Preferable - 5 Years Project Management Experience
