Urgent requirement for Production Support Lead for Mumbai location. Experience- Min 6.5 Yrs in Production Support (Capital Market domain only) Job Location- Mumbai Job Description : - Requirement gathering, Analysis providing time estimation - Prepared the technical design document to junior team mate and help to develop the program.
-Leading the team with positive and influential manner - Developed the critical COBOL and CICS program with using DB2 as database.
-Helping stakeholders and managers to analyze the performance of batch cycles and feedback on automation - Resolved critical test batch issue and provided 24x7 on call support whenever required.
-Managed the communication by ensuring changes or new processes are understood and followed - Assisting team with analyzing debugging, determining the resolution on mainframe and distribution - Training all new joiners, mentor, encourage and acknowledge best practices - By-weekly meeting with stake holders and US team to provide the status of development and update from India team - Used agile methodology to drive the project and deliver on time.
-Presented monthly reporting for new implementation done in sprint throughout the month - Experience in project plan, risk issue, agreement management, Estimate the completion of project hours. Must have : - Should have understanding of Applications, SLA, Escalation etc methodologies.
-Experience in Capital market domain - Oracle, Linux, unix, Weblogic etc.
-Provide 24- 7 support - Handle team that consists of support engineers
