Job Description : - 10 years of progressive architectural patterns/solutions and a background in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and operations. Required Skills : - Mobile First, Digital Commerce, Conversational Experience, Omnichannel platform Architecture, User Experience Frameworks/ Library, AWS - Consult, establish and execute the companys 3-year Architectural vision and priorities in Systems of Engagement / Customer Interaction Channels.
-Define IT stack capabilities to support new products and services like 5G, IoT for the systems of engagement.
-Solid commerce application implementations and integration experience in OSS/BSS stacks - Proven expertise in products like AEM in content management - Proven experience aligning legacy and cloud-native applications together from an architectural perspective - Demonstrated experiences at enterprise scale around topics of modernization, data externalization and modern product development concepts - Good knowledge, understanding, and experience of working in a variety of multi-tier software architectures - Strong Integration Architecture, Content Management, A/B and Multivariate Testing implementations, Building Intent-Driven Architecture applications. Knowledge of PEGA/ Salesforce/Adobe is an added advantage - Must be comfortable working in fuzzy environments where boundaries are not clearly defined - Proven strategic thinking abilities and an enterprise-wide perspective - Proven track record driving technology transformation journey at scale within the IT industry.
