Project Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager ( IT) - At least 7 years of relevant industry experience with more than 2 years in a management role - Hands on experience in delivering / leading a project delivery - Experience in working / managing business applications - Hands on experience of various software delivery methodology like Waterfall, Agile etc - Expertise in using MS Office products like PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Word - Expertise in using project management looks like MS Project(MPP), Jira, XPlanner etc Personal Characteristics - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written).
-Flexibility and an open attitude to change.
-Problem solving skills with the ability to think laterally, and to think with a medium term and long term perspective - Initiative in keeping abreast of changing industry practices, tools and techniques.
-Self-motivation is essential, should demonstrate commitment to highest quality standards.
-Ability to develop & maintain working relationships with a number of stakeholders and senior professionals.
-Ability to learn and quickly get familiar with a complex business and systems environment.
