We are looking to hire a super efficient Operations Manager for our SaaS-based Banking/Lending platform - who can keep track of our 25-30 implementations and ensure that our clients are experiencing the best of our platform. Responsibilities : - Ensure month-on-month improvement for the following areas: availability of our platform, availability of team for various projects and initiatives, optimising cost of our services and deployments, SLAs for support teams, deployments on time etc.
-Monitoring and Notifications - ensure that support team, dev-ops and Engineering teams are using the right tools to ensure availability of our SaaS platform and that we keep track of any down time - Periodically review tickets to identify if SLAs are being met for support tickets - Ensure adequate attention to each of our implementations - Ensure no leakage of revenues - Ensure checklist is followed for any new implementations or upgrades - Coordinate, conduct and record outcome of Periodic reviews of the implementation with customer and escalate to relevant teams as needed. Skills : - The role is managerial with ability to tenaciously track open items / improvement areas to closure - Excellent written and verbal communication is must - Ability to follow up and coordinate with divisional heads (engineering, customer success, CEO, sales etc.) to ensure continuous improvement - Exposure to banking systems/ERP systems implementations a definite plus Experience : 7 to 10 years in doing similar role in SaaS platforms Qualifications : Engineer or MCA, an MBA-degree is an added plus, and exposure to a similar role
