Growth360 is a leading executive search firm. We are currently retained by a leading US based organization that is growing in a big way to hire Security Specialist for them. Description : - In this role, you would be working as Security Specialist in the CloudOps team and should be someone who can put security first when dealing with various stakeholders.
-You should always be updated on the latest information security best practices, tools and technologies.
-You would need to be fully responsible for all security related issues for the team. You would be required to do the following : - Lead the SOC2, NIST 800-53, FISMA and any other audits the organization decides to undergo by 3rd party service providers or any audits.
-Serve as SPOC/SME for all security aspects for all the teams and management of the organization.
-Maintain all existing security documentation, create new documentation for all security assessments and audits of the organization.
-Serve as the Information Security Officer for company by proactively guiding teams and management regularly on the best information security practices and helping them adapt to and implement these standards across processes, tools and technologies across the organization.
-Work closely with various head and senior stakeholders. Desired Skills and Experience : - 7 years of experience in software industry and 5 years of experience as Security Specialist - B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA - CISSP Certified - Should have worked on NIST 800-53, SOC 2, FISMA OR ISO.
-Ability to conduct RCA for security events/incidents and preventative measure.
-Enterprising, self-driven and proven track record in uncompromising quality Please do note this role needs someone who can work with a growing organization and manage high work pressure. You must have led security or a mid-sized organization to be able to fit the bill.
