Job Description : We are looking for a hands on Program manager reporting to CTO. Candidate should have strong technical and managerial skill set with can do attitude. Strong track record of delivering critical projects in time and budget.
-Full Stack exposure to PHP, MongoDB, Laravel, AWS, Android, IOS.
-Responsible for managing end to end platform including Client, Server, DB, and Infrastructure components. Working with CXOs, internal and external stakeholders, and auditors would be another key responsibility. Responsibilities : - The role requires managing day to day deliveries, mentoring team, driving product vision from IT perspective, and ensuring platform stability.
-Candidate should be able to apply architectural skills to ensure highly available, scalable, and resilient platform.
-You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, in depth understanding of front-end technologies is mandate.
-You are expected to have strong team lead experience, managing career progression for team, driving performance appraisal, and building a highly productive team.
-Prior experience of leading a team of 10 would be big plus.
-You are also required to work with vendors, collaborating on various key projects, supervising the work completed by vendor resources.
-You should have some experience of managing IT budget. Take a call on build vs buy.
-You would be required to be on top of hiring and retaining talent. Key Skills : - Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, MongoDB, SQL, AWS, Angular JS, - Strong Design and Architectural skills. Strong Project management skills.
-Strong Team lead, mentoring skills. Motivate team to ensure high level of productivity. CTC : 15-25 lakhs
