Job Description :- SAP Success Factors - Onboarding (ONB) Functional Area : SAP - Successfactor ONB - 3 to 7 years of experience in SAP - Should have strong experience in SF in Onboarding Modules - At least 2 years of relevant experience in SAP Success Factor ONB Modules and 5 Years of experience in HCM or RCM/EC/PMGM will be added advantage.
-Certification in Success Factor in any of the module ONB modules is mandatory - Should have also worked on off boarding & Cross boarding.
-Should have worked on at least 2-3 end to end implementations - Builds customer relationships with the clear expectation to deliver follow-on business or identify opportunities within an account. Deals with difficult issues at the customer and finds win-win solutions for both Customer and SAP.
-Drive standards, Define and implement/improve data governance strategies and enforce best practices to scale data pipelines across platform - Oversees all SAP project related activities and is accountable for the success, execution and final delivery of the program and work products.
-Interfacing with internal customers, stakeholders, and development/test/maintain.
-Continually reporting on project progress and potential risks to stakeholder.
-Looking for candidates those who can join Immediately, within 30 days (or) Serving Notice Period - Must be a very good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
