Roles and Responsibilities:
To execute Site Execution Works w.r.t Drawings and Details
Candidates should possess knowledge of planning raw material and manpower in advance before executing activities.
Should be able to manage man power according to prior work activities
They must maintain daily, weekly, monthly, etc., site records and reports properly. "
Initiate and ensure standard civil engineering discipline in drawings and plans including geotechnical, wind and hydrology analyses.
Maintain Quality Standards with proper Safety Parameters
Lead and direct onsite construction teams.
Assess project and its requirements
Assess the impact and feasibility of site due diligence, preliminary layout and up to the final engineering design.
Study architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.
Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications, and other documents relating to construction projects.
Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects and outside project developers and consultants.
Adhere to the best practices, standards, and procedures of the company.
Skills / Knowledge:
Proven experience as construction
Good team player
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
Familiarity with construction/ project management software
Good communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with leadership abilities
Software skills (MS Office, ERP, Auto Cad)
