Roles and Responsibilities & Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the courses and programs offered by Blitz Academy. & Assist students in understanding the admission requirements and application processes. & Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students identify their academic goals and develop personalized plans. & Assess students ' interests, skills, and abilities to recommend suitable courses and career options. & Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success and satisfaction. & Maintain records of student interactions, inquiries, and outcomes. & Stay updated with the industry trends and changes in educational policies. & Contribute to the overall growth and development of Blitz Academy 's academic counseling services. Guide and counsel students on the academic matters, course selection, and career paths.
