PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- To maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment among employees, clients and managers.- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups.- Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.- Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- All customer facing communication for the region- Expanding the sales opportunities within the region by locating new opportunities (product mix & right balance of products maintaining the overall profitability of the Sales done)- Penetrating deeper to discover new opportunities- Responsible for site financials up to and including budgets, forecasting, and monthly P&L.- Organizes, supervises and directs the work of Sales Team.- Demonstrates initiative and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.- Relationship management with OEM s.
-Establishing marketing events that support demand generation and market profile for the company by working with company s marketing team;- Recommends and sets departmental goals and objectives, deploying company resources to accomplish.- Participate in strategic and operational planning and development of annual operating budgets for the business. Meet or exceed an annual sales plan.
-Provide Management with accurate and timely reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis- Align with and support other management staff functions in the development and implementation of short-term and long-term plans to meet business objectives.- Be one of several points of contact for all emergency situations.- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.- Meeting planned sales goals.- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.- The ongoing training of your salespeople.- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.- Promoting the organization and products.- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.- Data analysis.
