We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Zonal Service Manager to oversee our service operations in Delhi. As a Zonal Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing service processes within the designated zone. Your leadership will drive the achievement of service targets and uphold our commitment to excellence in customer support.Responsibilities :- Manage and lead the service team to deliver high-quality service solutions to customers.- Develop and implement service strategies to meet business objectives and customer expectations.- Monitor service performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization to maximize operational efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve customer issues promptly.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and third-party service providers.- Prepare and present regular reports on service operations and performance to senior management.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in service management.Requirements :- Proven work experience as a Service Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role with at least 11 years of experience.- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.- Experience in managing service operations in a relevant industry (e.g., technology, manufacturing, healthcare).- Knowledge of service management principles, tools, and techniques.Benefits :- Competitive salary up to 27 LPA based on experience and qualifications.- Health insurance and other benefits.- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.- Dynamic and collaborative work environment in Delhi.If you have a passion for service excellence and meet the above requirements, we encourage you to apply.
