We are constantly seeking out the things that make food exciting and make absolutely sure that our commitment to quality never wavers.Role Description :This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Corporate Gifting position at Brio Hospitality Pvt. Ltd (Nova Nova) located in Goregaon, Mumbai. As a B2B Corporate Gifting specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing corporate gifting for our clients. Your tasks will include selecting appropriate gift options, coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for the B2B and HORECA segments.- Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and develop business relationships with key decision-makers to promote the company s products and services.- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute plans to achieve revenue goals and manage the sales pipeline effectively.- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to customers and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.- Monitor and analyze sales trends and adjust sales strategies as needed to improve sales performance.- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.Qualifications :- Prior experience in corporate gifting or related fields- Strong organizational and project management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Experience in the HORECA & FMCG is a plus.- Responsible for End to End sales Processes- Knowledge of current market trends in corporate gifting- Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized solutionsCompany Website : https://www.novanova.in (ref:updazz.com)
