Summary
We 're looking for a CloudSolution Architect to join our product development team to drive a cloud based data platform architecture that will power BI and advanced analytics at Gainwell Technologies. You will have a direct impact on the design, architecture, and implementation of BI and data science use cases. The ideal candidate will have industry:leading programming skills and established knowledge of implementing, designing, deploying, and maintaining big data analytics platforms in a cloud environment.
Your role in our mission
:Make informed decisions on the strategic direction and roadmap for the use and implementation of cloud platforms and DevOps methodologies.
:Create a well:informed, in:depth cloud strategy and manage its adaptation process.
:Monitor the company 's cloud privacy in collaboration with IT security.
:Respond to technical difficulties in a timely and competent manner.
:Assist with infrastructure migration strategies, such as mass application transfers to the cloud.
:Translating project:specific requirements into a cloud structure that meets those requirements, as well as considering the project 's resource use and scalability requirements.
:Designing the cloud environment from a comprehensive perspective, ensuring that it satisfies all the company 's needs.
:Performing activities such as deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and management inside the cloud framework that has been created.
:Work closely with internal data teams and business intelligence partners to help design the next version of our infrastructure.
:Bringing new apps into the cloud environment to completion.
:Provide training and assistance to all employees whose jobs need them to interact with the cloud structure.
:Keeping track of how much cloud space is being used and ensuring that the system is running smoothly.
:Using virtualization technologies to accomplish effective server administration for the business.
What were looking for
:Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS, or related area
:Total 9 :13 years of experience in supporting, executing, and designing IT cloud solutions.
:In:depth knowledge of current cloud computing technologies and trends
:Effective verbal and written communication skills
:Proficiency with AWS Cloud technology preferred.
:8 years of relevant experience as a cloud architect with following key skills:
:Terraform or simialr IaC language
:AWS resources including Networking/ECS/EC2/Network/IAM, CLI, and best practices
:Ansible
:CI/CD Development
:Git
:Markdown
:DOT Language / Mermaid Diagrams
:Python
:Infrastructure Diagraming / Flow Diagrams
:AWS Solution Architect : Associate certification preferred
