B2B Marketing Manager - Carpets & RugsOverview :We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Marketing Manager specializing in the carpets and rugs industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives targeting business-to-business clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial interior design and construction sectors, along with the ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales.Responsibilities :Strategic Marketing Planning :- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales within the commercial sector.- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.Customer Relationship Management : - Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other B2B clients.- Understand client needs and preferences to tailor marketing efforts effectively.Content Creation and Sales Enablement : - Develop compelling B2B-focused marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and product guides.
-Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.Trade Shows and Industry Events : - Plan and coordinate participation in relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events.- Create engaging booth displays and marketing materials to attract B2B clients.Digital Marketing and Lead Generation :- Implement digital marketing campaigns targeting B2B audiences through channels like LinkedIn and industry-specific platforms.- Utilize lead generation tactics to capture and qualify potential B2B clients.Market Research and Competitor Analysis :- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the commercial carpet and rug industry.- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards.Collaboration with Sales Team :- Work closely with the sales team to understand client feedback and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.- Provide training and support to the sales team on B2B-focused marketing initiatives.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the commercial interio design or construction industry.- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful B2B marketing strategies.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Skills :- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.- Experience with B2B sales enablement.- Knowledge of commercial interior design and construction processes.
