The role includes coordinating with multiple departments, optimizing content for SEO, and ensuring consistency with the brand s voice and strategy.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business objectives.- Manage the content calendar for various platforms (web, social media, video).- Oversee the creation, editing, and curation of content including articles, videos, podcasts, and social media posts.- Collaborate with writers, designers, and videographers to ensure content quality and creativity.- Monitor content performance metrics and optimize for SEO, user engagement, and conversion.- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.- Lead content marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.- Manage relationships with freelance writers, influencers, and content creators.- Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and content innovations.- Ensure timely delivery of content and manage revisions as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field.- 3 years of experience in content creation, strategy, or management.- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.- This role requires leadership in content innovation, a deep understanding of audience engagement, and the ability to work in a fast-paced media environment.
