We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Lead / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years hands on exp in working in Commercial space sales, design studios, furniture houses, OEMs. The role requires a strong ability to generate leads through networking, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding project outcomes.Education and Experience:- Post Graduate/Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture- MBA from reputed Business School- 3-5 years hands on exp in working in Commercial space sales, design studios, furniture houses, OEMs- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and generating sales leads.- Strong networking and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously with strong organizational skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Sales:- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales in the commercial interior and hospitality sectors.- Utilize networking opportunities, industry events, and market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term clients.Client Relationship Management:- Conduct and manage client meetings, presenting our services and solutions with confidence and professionalism.- Understand client needs and preferences to tailor solutions that align with their requirements and budget.- Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the sales process, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Account Management:- Oversee and manage key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and issues.- Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen client relationships and ensure repeat business.- Monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.Coordination and Project Management:- Coordinate with commercial teams, including design and project management, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.- Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring that project milestones are met.- Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets and optimize results.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
