Job Title : Trainer - BPO Sales (BFSI Background)Location Pune, IndiaType : Full-TimeSalary : 35,000 to 40,000 CTC No. of open position : 50Experience : 1 year in BPO sales Shift timings : 8 AM to 8 PM (Any 9 hours)Working Days : 6 Days working Job Summary :- Seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO sales within the BFSI sector and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our sales teams.
-The Trainer will play a key role in enhancing the skills and performance of our sales force, ensuring they are equipped to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities :Training Delivery :- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service within the BFSI sector.Curriculum Development :- Design, update, and maintain training materials and programs that are aligned with the latest industry trends and company objectives.Performance Assessment :- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assessments, and feedback sessions, and provide constructive feedback to help improve skills and knowledge.Training Coordination :- Schedule and manage training sessions, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.Needs Analysis :- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions to address skill gaps and enhance team capabilities.Mentoring :- Provide ongoing support and mentoring to sales teams, offering guidance and strategies to help them meet and exceed their targets.Reporting :- Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes, and prepare detailed reports for management review. Compliance Training :- Ensure that all training programs adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements within the BFSI industry. Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with industry developments and integrate new training methodologies and technologies to continuously improve training effectiveness.Qualifications :Education : Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related field. A Master s degree is a plus.- Experience :- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BPO sales training, with a focus on the BFSI sector.Skills : - Strong knowledge of BFSI products, services, and sales techniques.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills.
-Proficient in using training software and tools.
-Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and needs.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Certifications:- Relevant training certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, Certified Sales Trainer) are preferred.Personal Attributes : - High level of professionalism and integrity.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to motivate and inspire others.
