Job Description:
Experience with SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira. Basic knowledge of PowerShell. Technical knowledge of Windows OS (Win10,11) inclusive of software install plus Virtual desktop Citrix , and Desktop Apps.in MS Excel.
Tenacity to deliver, with excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated, can do attitude, team player.
Problem solving skills with the ability to think on your feet . High quality interpersonal skills are essential.
Perform deployment pre-check outs. Post-deployment follow-ups such as metrics reporting, failed install endpoint tracking, and remediation on failed installs.
Escalation of deployment failures exceeding specified failure thresholds. Maintain documentation and procedures.
Provide firm-wide desktop operational services. Utilize check scripts and any additional tooling s provided to Perform deployment pre-check outs and post-checkouts, analyze checkouts, and escalate.
