Role Summary : We are looking for an admission Counselor who are extremely customer-centric and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment. As an Admission Counselor you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Roles and Responsibilities : - Being a mentor and guide, who potential learners can look up to for career advice, - Carrying weekly enrolment/revenue and collection targets.
-Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of up Grad s model of online/blended learning.
-Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making Phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
-Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing - Hardworking Individuals with high dedication and extreme determination.
-Experience in EdTech- Sales would be an advantage.
-Rock star sales performers with proven track records.
-Great listeners and trustworthy individuals who can bond with our potential learners.- Individuals- With the ability to approach any situation with patience and powerful empathy.
-Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnels, tracking feedback, Prioritizing tasks, and overachieving targets and deadlines. Skills Required : - Excellent written and spoken communication skills(English proficiency).
-Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what - Approachable and vibrant personality.- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
-Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
-Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
-Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable (ref:updazz.com)
