Job Title: Medical Representative
Location: Candidate 's prefered location within Eastern India ( West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orrisa,North east)
Job Summary:
As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff. Your goal is to build strong relationships with these professionals, provide them with the necessary information about our products, and help them make informed decisions for the benefit of their patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Present product information, including benefits, usage, and potential side effects, in a clear and professional manner.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively managing your territory and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry, including new products, research, and competitor activities.
- Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and other events to promote our products and services.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and campaigns that support your sales efforts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.(Prefered)
- Strong understanding of medical and pharmaceutical terminology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
