Job Description :Position : Telecaller Sales ExecutiveDepartment: Sales and MarketingLocation: Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, ChennaiEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Overview :We are Seeking a Motivated and Results-driven Telecaller Sales Executive to Join Our Sales Team. the Primary Responsibility of this Role is to Generate Leads, Make Outbound Calls to Potential Customers, Explain Our Products/services, and Close Sales. the Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, a Persuasive Personality, and the Ability to Meet and Exceed Targets.Key Responsibilities :- Make Outbound Calls to Potential Customers from Provided Leads.- Introduce and Explain Company Products or Services to Prospects, Addressing Any Questions or Concerns.- Convert Leads Into Sales By Effectively Communicating the Benefits and Features of Products/services.- Maintain Detailed Records of Customer Interactions, Follow-up Calls, and Outcomes in the Crm System.- Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets On a Regular Basis.- Follow Up with Customers Who have Shown Interest But have Not Yet Made a Purchase.- Build Strong Relationships with Clients and Provide Exceptional Customer Service.- Gather Feedback from Customers and Report Back to the Management for Continuous Improvement.- Stay Updated with Product Knowledge and Sales Techniques to Improve the Quality of Calls.Skills and Qualifications :- Proven Experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Service (0-2 Years Preferred).- Strong Verbal Communication Skills with the Ability to Speak Clearly and Persuasively.- Excellent Negotiation and Problem-solving Skills.- Goal-oriented and Self-motivated to Achieve High Sales Performance.- Graduate or Equivalent; a Bachelor s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a Related Field is a Plus.Key Competencies :- Confidence and Good Interpersonal Skills.- Ability to Multitask and Manage Time Effectively.- A Positive Attitude and Enthusiasm for Sales.- Adaptability to Different Customer Interactions.Salary : 2.50 Lac To 2.50 Lac P.A.Industry : Sales & Marketing/Business Development/TelecallerWork Experience : 0 - 2 YearsQualification : B.A, B.Com, Other Bachelor Degree (ref:updazz.com)
