This position primarily focuses on providing vital support to our software sales team, helping drive sales initiatives and enhance client engagement. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and possess strong communication skills in English.Key Responsibilities :Sales Support :- Assist the software sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral tailored to client needs.
-Conduct follow-up calls to prospective clients to nurture leads and gather feedback on proposals.
-Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track interactions and sales progress.
-Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
-Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights that help optimize sales strategies.Client Communication : - Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about products and services.
-Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up sessions with clients.
-Assist in onboarding new clients by facilitating training sessions and providing support during the initial setup.Administrative Support : - Prepare sales reports and presentations using MS Word and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
-Manage documentation related to sales processes and client agreements while maintaining confidentiality.
-Assist in organizing team events and training sessions as needed.Office Management (Limited Responsibilities) : - Support basic office operations, such as maintaining office supplies and managing equipment.
-Organize and schedule internal meetings and appointments as necessary.Qualifications : - Proven experience in software sales support or a related role.
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
