Job Role :- Generate significant sales revenue by promoting Bath & Lighting products and converting leads into sales.- Enhance sales at dealer showrooms by employing effective sales techniques and exceeding sales targets.- Follow up with potential customers, guide them through the decision-making process, and convert their interest into confirmed sales.- Train dealer staff on products and equip them with the knowledge and sales skills to effectively promote our offerings.Qualification Requirement and Personality Traits : - Experience of 2-3 years, exposure to Sales, preferably in the Building material, Furniture, consumer durable/Electronics an or related industries.
-Graduation degree preferred.
-Good verbal and written communication skills with pleasing personality, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
-Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
-Concept selling and need creation skills.
