We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead our paid advertising initiatives and contribute to full-funnel analysis, driving our mission forward.Key Responsibilities :- Strategy Development : Create and implement paid performance marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms.- Campaign Management : Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.- Full-Funnel Analysis : Conduct comprehensive full-funnel analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the marketing funnel.- Reporting & Analysis : Lead ad hoc reporting and analysis to support data-driven decision making and strategic planning.- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.- Trend Monitoring : Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.Requirements :- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing.- Platform Expertise : Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta and Google ad platforms.- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical abilities with experience in full-funnel analysis and ad hoc reporting.- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.Education - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Preferred Qualifications:- Platform Diversity: Experience with additional advertising platforms beyond Meta and Google.- Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.- SEO & Content Marketing: Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
