Key Responsibilities:- Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location as per policy guidelines.- To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders recruitment for the location.- Work closely with agency leaders for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching and helping them in joint calls.- Enable the Agency Leaders and ALMs to build & drive a strong advisor force.- Accurately completes the documentation.- To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding , activization and APE through ALMs/ALs & newly recruited ALs.- To plan/review/monitor performance of the team of ALMs/ALs and advisors.- Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism.- Taking care of day to day administration of the branch.
