Job Description : Specific Accountabilities : Qualification :BE/B.Tech in Engineering, MBA Marketing/FinanceBusiness Development :- Conceptualizing& implementing competitive strategies for Generating Sales, Developing, and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets of the region.- Develop the strategic plan for institutional sales to achieve revenue & market share targets for the assigned zone in the institutional sales segment- Lead, mentor & manage a team- Monitor & Analyse market trends, competitor activities- Identifying Prospective corporate clients.- Generating business from New Accounts & developing them to achieve profitabilityOperations :- New client acquisition and work on leads- Sales & Marketing Process , Tendering & New Product Development- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specifications- Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients- Fulfilment of Sales Budget via New Sales acquisitionPeople Management/Intrapersonal Skills :- Meeting on daily basis with clients in Corporates in various departments like Marketing Team, Procurement Team, HR Team & Admin DepartmentsCommunication- Give business presentations to senior management team- To map potential sectors- Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :- Candidate will be a self-starter with ample supplies of energy, enthusiasm, and ideas.- Applicants must have proven experience in Corporate Sales / institutional sales and must be comfortable selling to senior decision-makers in large national/multi-national companies.- Must have ready base of sizable nos. of existing Institutional/corporate relationships- Computer Skills is Must- 5 years of experience in institutional sales and marketing- Ability to identify product improvements or new products by identifying industry trends, market activities, and competitors (ref:updazz.com)
