As a General Manager - sales (Spices), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, primarily focusing on Corporate and B2B customers. This position requires a proactive and aggressive sales approach and entails regular travel.Job Specification:Role - General Manager - Sales (Spices)Location - Gujrat (Hybrid)Key Responsibilities: Corporate and B2B Sales : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target corporate clients and B2B customers in the Spices business segment.Institutional Sales : Leverage your experience in institutional sales to build strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses.Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned area. Market Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service.Product Knowledge : Develop in-depth knowledge of our spice products, their applications, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
